Nubian Village & Botanical Garden Day Tour

Begin your tour with a pick-up from your hotel in Aswan. Head towards the Nubian Village, either by a boat ride (approximately 30–45 minutes) across the Nile or by vehicle, depending on the weather and your preferences.

Nubian Village Visit

Explore the Nubian Village, known for its vibrant, colorful houses, friendly locals, and rich culture. Walk around the village, interact with local people, and learn about Nubian life. You can observe their traditional crafts, architecture, and culture, and visit local workshops. If available, you can stop by a Nubian home for a refreshing Karkadeh (hibiscus tea) and engage with the villagers about their customs and lifestyle.

Visit the Aswan Botanical Garde

After your time in the Nubian Village, head to the Aswan Botanical Garden on Kitchener’s Island. This will require a boat ride (approximately 10–15 minutes) from the Nubian Village. Stroll through the Botanical Garden, a peaceful and lush island offering stunning views of the Nile River. It’s home to a variety of tropical plants and is a great place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Aswan
